The Optima Training Video Library and help documentation let users guide their own learning at their own pace — and we continue to expand both. But sometimes a live session makes all the difference. Optima staff are available to conduct guided initial training for new staff or volunteers, as well as custom training sessions focused on specific topics or your program's particular needs.
